The Vision Behind the Name

Soft Tissue Society is built on the vision that if we cared for the soft tissue of our bodies the way we do other systems, our health and quality of life would expand dramatically. Too many symptoms we accept as “normal” are actually preventable or treatable within the soft tissue. By restoring and maintaining the muscular system, we can transform not only how we feel day-to-day, but how we show up in every part of life. Imagine a society where pain is no longer a barrier to moving, performing, and living fully.

The Full Story

Erin is a licensed massage therapist and corrective exercise coach, specializing in the clinical treatment of muscular dysfunction and biomechanical pain. Her approach combines deep tissue, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, and tool-assisted techniques to address soft tissue restrictions and restore optimal mobility.

With years of coaching and athletic experience across dance, yoga, cheer, and boxing, Erin brings a sharp eye for movement mechanics into every session. She integrates corrective exercise into her hands-on treatments to help patients build lasting strength, stability, and functional range of motion—bridging the gap between pain relief and performance.

After graduating from the Academy of Massage Therapy & Bodyworks and completing mentorship training under an experienced athletic trainer, Erin works with active individuals and athletes to support pain-free movement, injury prevention, and long-term mobility. Her goal is always to empower clients with the tools they need to move well and feel strong—both in and out of treatment.

When she’s not working, you can find Erin in the dance studio, training in Muay Thai, or in a Pilates class, enjoying the strength and mobility she’s gained through her own movement journey.
