Injury prevention, pain relief, and performance care that actually works

Initial Assessment – 90 Minutes
$180
This session is where your recovery and performance plan begins. We start with a detailed review of your health history, movement patterns, and soft tissue quality to understand how your body is currently functioning—and what’s limiting your durability, mobility, or performance.
From there, you’ll receive targeted hands-on treatment and a clear plan forward, complete with personalized mobility and recovery strategies to support progress between sessions. This is your foundation for long-term movement efficiency and athlete-level recovery.
Follow-Up – 75 Minutes
$150
This session is built for athletes and active individuals who need deeper, more comprehensive recovery work. We’ll continue progressing your personalized plan with targeted hands-on treatment, refined soft tissue techniques, and updated mobility and recovery strategies based on how your body is adapting.
It’s the ideal choice when multiple areas need attention or when we’re addressing long-term movement patterns that require more in-depth work.

Nervous System Reset – 75 Minutes
$150
This session uses gentle, somatic bodywork to support nervous system regulation and help the body shift out of a heightened state. After a brief check-in, we use techniques such as craniosacral therapy, broad compression, passive stretching, rocking, and decompression to calm the system and encourage vagus nerve response.
Special focus may be directed to the hips and ears, two regions closely tied to vagal function and the body’s ability to downshift from stress.
Ideal for athletes and active individuals navigating high training loads, stress, or burnout—and for anyone who wants a body-based approach to nervous system support alongside practices like yoga, breathwork, or therapy.

Craniosacral Therapy – 45 Minutes
$90
This gentle hands-on therapy is designed to support nervous system regulation and restore balance after physical or emotional stress. For athletes and active individuals, it can be especially effective for addressing symptoms related to head injuries—including headaches, neck tension, and low back pain often associated with post-concussion syndrome.
Using light touch and subtle decompression, craniosacral therapy helps restore natural movement to the bones, sutures, and membranes of the skull. This can improve the flow of cerebrospinal fluid, enhance neural communication, and relieve strain in the craniosacral system—making it a supportive tool for recovery, injury prevention, and long-term performance.
