Soft Tissue Society is located inside CoreFit Training Studio at 332 Myrtle Street, Royersford, PA 19468. We have a free parking lot available for all clients.
When you arrive, please seat yourself in the large lobby waiting area—your therapist will come get you when it’s time to begin your session in the treatment and training rooms.
Please come in comfortable, flexible clothing that makes it easy to work on the necessary areas – athletic shorts, joggers, tank tops, and sports bras are ideal.
You’ll stay clothed during your session, and we’ll adapt positioning as needed. Choose clothing you can move freely in so the work feels smooth and unrestricted.
I work with athletes and active individuals of all ages – high school, collegiate, professional, and anyone who trains, competes, or relies on their body for their lifestyle or career. This includes youth athletes, competitive teens, marathoners, lifters, and adults who stay active through recreational or competitive sports, as well as those in physically demanding professions like fitness instructors, dancers, equestrians, and first responders.
If you’re committed to strong movement, reliable recovery, and long-term durability, you’re a great fit for Soft Tissue Society.
Most athletes and active individuals see the strongest results with weekly sessions for the first 4–8 weeks. This consistency gives us time to address root issues, improve soft tissue function, and build durability through hands-on work and mobility and recovery strategies.
After that initial phase, we taper based on your goals – often shifting to biweekly or monthly sessions to maintain progress and keep your body performing at a high level. Frequency may vary depending on your training load and lifestyle.
Soft tissue therapy is targeted, hands-on work designed to improve how your muscles and fascia function. Using clinical techniques such as sports massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and tool-assisted modalities, the goal is to reduce tension, improve mobility, and restore efficient movement.
Each session is guided by your movement patterns and performance goals. Assessments are used as needed to identify areas of restriction, compensation, or imbalance so treatment can support durable, long-term function – not just temporary relief.
Mobility and recovery strategies are simple, intentional practices designed to help your body move well and recover efficiently between sessions. These may include dynamic stretching routines, self-massage and release techniques, and targeted muscle activation work to support stability and control.
