Soft Tissue Society is located inside CoreFit Training Studio at 332 Myrtle Street, Royersford, PA 19468. We have a free parking lot available for all clients.
When you arrive, please seat yourself in the large lobby waiting area—your therapist will come get you when it’s time to begin your session in the treatment and training rooms.
Soft tissue therapy uses focused, hands-on techniques—like sports massage, structural bodywork, and injury rehabilitation—to address dysfunction in muscles and fascia. These techniques help reduce tension, improve mobility, and relieve pain by targeting the root causes behind movement restrictions and symptoms.
Treatment is guided by your goals and presentation, with assessments used as needed to identify areas of imbalance or compensation. Techniques may include deep tissue release, myofascial work, trigger point therapy, and tool-assisted modalities. The goal is to restore functional movement and give your body the space it needs to move the way it was meant to.
Corrective exercise is a targeted method of improving movement by retraining the neuromuscular connection between your brain and body. Through a combination of isolated activation, functional strength, and movement coordination, it helps bring the body back into balance—restoring control, awareness, and joint stability where it’s been lost or compensated for.
These exercises are tailored to your symptoms, movement patterns, and goals. By addressing the root causes of dysfunction, corrective exercise not only relieves symptoms but also helps prevent future injuries by optimizing how your body moves. When paired with soft tissue therapy, it reinforces the work done on the table and supports long-term change that lasts beyond the session.
This session uses gentle, somatic techniques like passive stretching, rocking, broad compression and craniosacral therapy to help regulate your nervous system. Specific attention may be given to areas like the hips and ears, which play a key role in supporting vagus nerve function and shifting the body out of “fight or flight.”
It’s a great option for anyone dealing with stress, dysregulation, or burnout—as well as those who practice things like yoga, breathwork, talk therapy, or meditation and want a body-based way to deepen that work.
Please wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows access to the areas we’ll be working on. Think soft activewear—like gym shorts, joggers, tank tops, or sports bras.
You’ll stay clothed for your session, and we’ll adjust positioning and coverage based on the areas of focus. If we’re incorporating movement or corrective exercise, you’ll want to be able to move freely.
We work with clients of all ages—including kids, teens, adults, and older adults—who share a common goal: to move better and feel better.
That might look like:
Kids on travel soccer teams
Teens training to commit to D1 programs
Adults gearing up for marathons or chasing strength PRs
Older adults who want to crush it on the pickleball court or stay strong in CrossFit
People with physically demanding careers—think equestrians, farriers, masons, military, and more who rely on their bodies to do their jobs well.
Whether you’re navigating pain, recovering from injury, or optimizing performance, Soft Tissue Society offers personalized, movement-based care to help you stay active and feel your best.
There’s no pressure and no lock-in when it comes to your treatment plan. It’s not a contract—it’s a personalized guideline designed to give you a transparent idea of the work it takes to reach your movement goals.
You’re always in control of your schedule and your care. Appointments can be booked at your own pace, based on your needs, goals, and availability.
The biggest commitment isn’t to me—it’s to yourself.
Real, long-term progress happens in the work you do between sessions. You’ll receive tools to practice at home that reinforce the hands-on work we do together. If you’re ready to commit to that, I can take care of the rest.
Most people start feeling relief from acute symptoms within the first 2–4 weeks of consistent work. In that time, we focus on reducing pain, restoring function, and addressing the root cause of what’s holding you back. For long-term change, many clients work with me consistently for 2–3 months to rebuild strength, improve movement patterns, and make progress that actually lasts. Some clients stick around for years—not because they have to, but because they want to. Once they see what pain-free movement feels like, they’re all in on maintaining it. Whether you work with me for 3 weeks or 3 years, the goal is the same: to get you out of pain and give you tools to stay there. Your care plan will always match your goals, your pace, and your lifestyle.
Soft Tissue Society does not bill insurance directly. However, we do accept HSA and FSA cards. After your initial assessment, we can provide the documentation you may need to request a script from your doctor to cover future visits.
We’ll also provide formal billing statements that include treatment codes and the areas of dysfunction or focus addressed during your session. If your insurance covers out-of-network therapeutic services, you may be eligible for reimbursement.
Please note that reimbursement is not guaranteed, as coverage varies between providers and plans. We recommend contacting your insurance provider ahead of time to confirm your benefits.
Feel free to reach out to softtissuesociety@gmail.com with any questions, we’re happy to walk you through the process.
