Cancellation Policy

At Soft Tissue Society, your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. To respect both my time and other clients waiting for availability, the following policy is strictly enforced:

A valid card on file is required to book all appointments.

​

Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled start time will be charged 50% of the service cost to the card on file. This applies to all late cancellations and same-day rescheduling.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours leave that time unable to be filled.

​

No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

By booking an appointment, you agree to this policy.
